I am beyond excited to announce my latest collaboration initiative with my favorite restaurant in Charlotte, THE CLT NOMAD COCKTAIL!  This collaborated cocktail can be found at locally owned restaurant Haberdish.  One dollar sold of each cocktail will go toward my cross country trip to photograph the different National Parks and Monuments for my series “Nomad: On The Road.”  The cocktail was a collaboration effort between myself as well as one of Haberdish’s mixologists Kelli Brennan, whom will be traveling on the first leg of the trip through the backwoods of Kentucky on the bourbon trail with myself. The cocktail is a breezy yet boozy rendition of a whiskey smash consisting of Makers 46 bourbon, muddled raspberries lemons and lime, with a splash of ginger beer on top. It is sure to make your porch hangs just as much exciting as the cocktail itself and is perfect for anyone whom is or isn’t a bourbon enthusiast.

Crepe Cellar and Growlers Pour House, restaurants under the same ownership of Haberdish, will also have a funding cocktail called “Peony For Your Thoughts” which $1 of each sold going towards my trip as well. This draft cocktail consists of vodka, Cointreau, Aperol and lemon is shared through the draft lines between the connecting restaurants. A concoction by Crepe Cellar’s bartender Dustin Lail is sure to be enjoyed during this spring season as well.  So come out to any of these great establishments and give these amazing cocktails a try!!!
